As mentioned when you purchased a ticket it will be a dorm-style sleeping arrangement with one room dedicated to the males and another room dedicated to the females. Which group gets which room will depend on the final headcount closer to the event date.
“The Triplets” are 3 conjoined rooms with a separator that can sleep 14 people total.
Attic space that sleeps 12 people (there will be linens when we check in, don’t worry)

Bath towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided by the venue, but if you have preferences then please remember to bring your own supplies.

WiFi is available within the venue. We invite you to remain present and attentive during the program though. 🙏

There is a bedroom in the ground floor that can sleep 4 people. For those who are self-proclaimed snorers or heavy sleepers, we thank you for your sacrifice as we will group you together in this room. 🙏
Ticket price is still the same so we don’t complicate accounting, but you are more than welcome to spend the night at your accommodation of choice. We understand not everyone is comfortable with the shared sleeping arrangement. Just remember to please be at the venue on time for activities, and travel safe when you go home at night.
We will be mindful of those who choose to sleep outside the venue for the evening activities of July 19. We promise to make sure the program reaches its conclusion at a reasonable hour. SAFETY is always the priority.
If you do change your mind, we will not be giving your bed space to anyone else so you always have the option to sleep over.
