For the retreat, we will be served by a local food shop Chef Mark all our meals (2 dinners, 1 breakfast, and 1 lunch) for the duration of the retreat.

Please inform Grahssel if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. So we can work in preparing a menu that can accommodate everyone.

Here is our menu so far: Lunch and Dinner(2 ulam and rice per meal):
Sisig Beef broccoli Roast beef Cordon blue Chicken bbq
Breakfast: Eggs Danggit Hotdogs
(this could be subject to change because of potential changes in the ingredients locally available)
We also have a fully functional kitchen on the venue so if you are inclined to cook something you brought it,you are welcome to do so.
Note that the retreat doesn’t include snacks or drinks (like coffee) but do know that the venue is serviced by Grab so you can have certain snacks or drinks delivered to you.
We are near a public market and a plaza that has plenty of food options. Both are accessible through public transport and Grab.
If you are feeling generous, we also encourage everyone to bring a 🥧 delicacy 🥧 from their home province to share with the rest of the group (we have participants from 7 provinces so far!)
🍺 Are we allowed to bring alcoholic drinks?
Yup! But it will be at your own cost. If you’re interested in bringing some bottles, please coordinate with other participants and make sure you are drinking responsibly. Drinking within the sessions is allowed but please make sure you aren’t disrupting the program or being a distraction to your fellow participants.
