The North Star of this program are the topics voted by this year’s batch of participants:

  1. Sustainability: How to keep doing what we do
  2. Momentum: How to ensure we are building up opportunities the right way
  3. Personal Benefit: How do we do our work in a way that benefits us and the community
  4. Community Leadership Development

The program flow below hopes to address these topics through a combination of workshops, lectures, and peer group presentations.
