GOAL: Leaders from Pampanga, Leyte, Davao, and Bohol will be presenting their respective frameworks and how they impacted their real-world community building work. 45 Mins

GOAL: Allow all retreat participants to create/revisit their frameworks. Centering the intention around “what is good for my community” 1 Hour

7:30 PM Empathy Circles with Community Leaders
PROMPT: “What was the experience or feeling that made me commit to being a community leader?”

GOAL: Each city will be presenting the community weaving framework they worked on the previous day. This is also a chance for people to exchange best practices. 1 Hour

GOAL: Centered around the characteristics defined in the Community Weaving Framework, what Objectives and Key Results can you set for your community? Do they align with your personal and community why? 1 Hour

1:30 PM Sharing of each Community’s Definition of Success
GOAL: Presentation of OKRs defined for each city. This is an opportunity to question, debate, and explore what a successful community truly means for each leader. 2.5 Hours

GOAL: Discover factors that overlap with your community and personal success. 2 Hours
